I've got a feeling I'll probably lose this, but hopefully they can remove damages, I'll work it into my defence.

I never expect people to lose, but you are right: the added false costs are almost always removed and there is no downside to defending.

I thought I replied to the last few comments.

Thinking of how I will bring the damages into my defence.

Luckily, they got back to me with my SAR which I was quite impressed with, as it didn't take long. They provided images from the day, NTK, Notification letter, and the original ticket which was posted on the last page of this thread.

Can I ask why? It's already in the Template Defence.  I only tell you to add your facts. All other generic arguments are already in it.

Sent defence to CCBCAQ @ Justice.gov.uk, and CC'd info @ dcbl and yasmn @ dcbl.

Received auto reply.

Had a letter from DCBL.

“Without prejudice save as to costs

In order to assist the Court in achieving its overriding, our Client may be prepared to make an offer to conclude this matter. A settlement at this stage would avoid further potential costs being incurred. We therefore ask you to call and discuss”

I’m assuming this is good and hoping for them to discontinue the whole thing  from what I have read in other threads.

Am I correct that I am just waiting for Directions Questionnaire (N180) ?
as MCOL last entry is ‘Defence received’

Can’t figure out if it is correct to fill in the blank one just yet or wait it out?
Newbie thread says it could take days/weeks

Doesn't item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence cover that letter you have received?
