The £100 on that sign isn't very prominent is it?...

  • Please show us the first letter dated a month later.  The Notice to Keeper.

That "ticket" isn't POFA compliant. However, if you have received a PoC for court, then they must have obtained the RK details through the DVLA. That means that they should have issued an NtK and that would show whether they are POFA compliant.

Have you sent an SAR to the PPCs DPO?
I have all sorts of letters but can't seem to find that one. It was received so it's annoying it can't be found. I haven't sent a SAR actually so I will email that off now, hopefully they get back to me in time.

I meant the sign itself to be fair, pretty stupid I know, now I have learnt a lot more about how things work with private car parks and parking within a bay etc!

Cheers guys, will update soon as I can, much appeciated to all

As well as the SAR to the parking firm's DPO, also write another email, if they are using Gladstones, DCLegal, BW Legal or other solicitor.
    Your email tells the solicitor:
    (a) I am seeking debt advice but I deny any debt and the case must be put 'on hold' for not less than 30 days under the PAP for debt claims 2017.
    (b) I have sent your client a SAR
    (c) also confirm your correct 'address for service' if you've moved and the PPC has two addresses.

I'm guessing asking to put on hold is irrelevant here as it has already gone to court

    Correct.  That's not your stage.

Do not write to the solicitor at all.

I assume the DCBL claim said they have added DAMAGES ?

    IS THAT CORRECT ?

Majority of the letters don't break down the costs as far as I know
but they do say damages on the court claim. I have highlighted it

    correct

Just sifting through the letters to see if any DCBL state damages :)

Of course they say DAMAGES it is the usual LIE from Yamin Mia. of DCBL ???

Look carefully at the sign ...... IT'S A CONTRACT .... where does it say the client is entitled to damages ????

IT DOES NOT ...  so why does a Pseudo legal, Yasim Mia tell lies to the court ???

    Psst - @Coupon-mad is a pal-ess! 👧
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yep, fair play, it was Yasmin Mia! bang on
I've got a feeling I'll probably lose this, but hopefully they can remove damages, I'll work it into my defence.

    Thank you
