How do you use liquid detergent AND fabric softener?

    Hi,
    Sorry, soft plastic pots? 
    something like this, fill to required level with detergent then place in drum on top of washing.

    Edit: "Tbh they *want* me to put it in the TwinDos detergent boxes at the bottom" is THIS what you mean?

     I just put the liquid in the powder drawer too. Clothes come out clean.

    Yep think OP from his later posts has a Bosch i Dos machine or similar that has bulk detergent and softener containers which the machine draws from after calculating the required dosage by analysing the weight/level of soiling etc of the load.

    Seems that OPs machine tells them a lot of ‘what not to do’ but little by way of how to 😄

    That's absolutely correct. Thanks. Do you know what those plastic pots are called? Ie : to search on Amazon?

    I've just signed up for a free dosing ball from Aerial

    If it's decent enough, I'm going to switch over to liquid from powder (Given they're about about the same price) 

    You can refill the "TwinDos" thingies which is quite useful
