That was easy...so that's the landowner. Now who runs it? Google again or go down there tomorrow and look at the welcome sign.
LATER EDIT - If this is the place, it has it's own website, so what's the problem in contacting them?

Heres how it should work...Not everyone who needs to use extra provisions as a result of a long term disability may have a blue badge , some may have good days and bad days - but wont have a badge on prinicipal ( for example) Some may have badges that have expired - unfortunately their disability will not vanish with the expiry of a badge , some may forget or drop or there will be any other multitude of reasons. If a person with a long term disability also known as a protected characteristic receives a parking charge notice for non display of blue badge etc then they should notify both he parking company and the car park owner and upon receipt of such information - together with a brief description of the disability the parking company should/must drop the parking charge noticeANPR camera car parks with a strict time limit are also discriminatory by default - as someone with a disability may need extra time and the cameras at present can not judge who has a disability or not ( maybe something dear old Trev could come up with?)
