aaah yes, end terrace houses are really semi-setached houses, makes sense they would qualify. Thank you.poppy12345 said:GemGina said:JT_MAAT said:It is a terraced house
So it looks like that's the reason, terrace houses don't qualify.
I believe end terraced houses can qualify too. I'm mid terrace and don't qualify. 3 doors from me is end terrace and does qualify. No idea if all mid terraces won't qualify. I'm sure some would.0 -
Those old enough and/or big enough do. The spreadsheet is here, for anyone wanting to see which mid-terrace houses qualifyhttps://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1115362/whd-eligibility-statement-2022-england-wales-annex-1.xlsxpoppy12345 said:GemGina said:JT_MAAT said:It is a terraced house

Hello. I am mid terrace large victorian with no epc and my house qualifies (along with the other criteria) I received a letter and today had a letter from my energy company confirming it.0

No way! I am a large Victorian mid-terrace with no EPC too, I get working tax credits with the disability element and my yearly income is around £10,000 but they told me I didn't qualify as I don't have an EPC. It's very confusing!Auti said:Hello.
