@parkingevaderCan you not just apply some common sense and figure out this, very easy issue, by yourself?  Either way, it really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. "Stand alone Sainsbury's"... so what? You can also email the CEO with your complaint. Ultimately, they are responsible for the actions of their agents and whether it is the local store manager or the CEO, making contact with either of them about your complaint is the primary aim.

You certainly do appear to be combative and defensive about something so simple as how you make contact with a Sainsbury's store manager.
