It would be fascinating to know what the Claimant wrote in their email to the court on 14th August such that it led to the claim being struck out.

Be prepared to see the Claimant object to that strike out.

Did you receive a fully pleaded particulars of claim before the 19th of August? Whatever the intellectually malnourished solicitors sent by email to the judge or failing to comply with the court's order, has given you a win.

Judging by how they have p!ssed off DJ Humphreys, I wonder if he even allowed them leave to appeal. He would appear to be a judge that has little tolerance for the abuse of the system by these robo-claim parasites.

They always do and they will state that they did send the POC but the court office must have lost it and they also sent it to the defendant but they also lost it!  Yeah right!  Trouble is the courts tend to give claimants far more leniency than the defendant; let's hope, if they do object, the judge stands firm behind their order and it remains struck out.

I smiled at Coupon-mad's suggested reply to DCBL :):D

Do it, these bods are supposed to be professionals, from what we see they are not but that's another story

It would appear the judge knows all about the rubbish UKPC claims from DCBL, we certainly do.
