Thanks @Angelica123 yes I've tried using two different wifi connections (one at home, one at a workplace) and 4G. Tried deleting app stored data/cache and logging in and out. Still not working.
Guess I might have to contact them.0 -
`Only a guess but it might be IT problems
I re consented 3 banks Thursday last week that should have taken me over 5000 points
Friday only 1 had gone through and today another one
See how it goes0 -
Reconsented one account yesterday, points arrived this afternoon and took me over the 5000 points. With 2 clicks to confirm personal details and bank details it went through straight away. Email confirmation also arrived a few min later. Used Chrome browser. Hoping for funds to arrive today, latest Thursday.1

When you switch one of the current accounts you have registered with Yougov is it the case that just means when it comes to my next reconsent time I’ll only see 9 not 10 accounts to reconsent and I can add a new one to get back up to 10? Presumably I don’t lose the 500 points from previous reconsent for the one I’m switching?0

You don't lose the 500 points but I think (others may correct me here) you'll have to wait 90 days to link your new one up, which if they are all done at the same time isn't really an issue.tg99 said:When you switch one of the current accounts you have registered with Yougov is it the case that just means when it comes to my next reconsent time I’ll only see 9 not 10 accounts to reconsent and I can add a new one to get back up to 10? You need a certain amount of time/transactions for them to pass it anyway.1 -

As I'm switching a Nationwide account, I just deleted it from Yougov, and added another account I recently opened.tg99 said:When you switch one of the current accounts you have registered with Yougov is it the case that just means when it comes to my next reconsent time I’ll only see 9 not 10 accounts to reconsent and I can add a new one to get back up to 10? The 500 points were credited around 48hrs later. New accounts have to be around a month old to be able to register them.1 -

Oops I meant 500 not 50 points (corrected now) as you’ve noted. So you were able to add this new account and earn points for it even though it was less than 90 days since reconsenting the deleted Nationwide one (and thus actually earned more than 5000 points in the 90 day period assuming you have 10 accounts)?Middle_of_the_Road said:

Yes, I had 10 connected, deleted Nationwide, and added another account, and got another 500 points.tg99 said:

Now you mention the 90 days, it might have been that the Nationwide account was down to the 15 day window for re-connection, but I don't remember.
I have a TSB with 27 days left so I'm thinking of deleting it and adding a recent Halifax account. This should confirm if it works. It does say if you delete an account you can't re-connect it later though.1 -

If you connect the same account before the previous connection could have been renewed, then you should not expect to get any points for doing so.You'll also only be able to add an account if you have rewards left to claim. These only regenerate after ~80 days.
