I've signed in and done some surveys. I'm asking specifically where the location on the yougov website where I add my bank accounts. Hopefully this isn't confusing. Cheers againflaneurs_lobster said:

Thanks - tried that and after clicking start and sign it states 'something went wrong'. Tried a few different browsers too.Bridlington1 said:

When I had this issue, one account reset to nearing expiry again after a couple of days. I then had to delete and add it to get the points.sparkiemalarkie said:
Nope, all 10 say 90 days of access left.... oh well I'll sort it out next time maybeColdIron said:Surely it will be the one that doesn't say xxx days of access left?
Did you wait for it to actually expire? I tried this after the same thing happened, the site warned me I wouldn't get points again, and indeed it didn't give me the 500 I should have gotten for renewing the connection.

I don't, I renew ("reconsent") them 14 days prior to expiry. At this point "90 days" starts again and I get £50 in my bank account on the next day.Rawrzy said:masonic said:

Did you wait for it to actually expire? I tried this after the same thing happened, the site warned me I wouldn't get points again, and indeed it didn't give me the 500 I should have gotten for renewing the connection. It didn't actually give me the option to reconsent again after I tried the first time and it failed to give me the points, it just showed a low amount of time remaining, hence why I tried the removing that was suggested. I guess in this situation in the future I should maybe just let it lapse.Really buggy system sometimes.0 -
The only problem I've had recently was a Halifax account, it said it was due for reconsenting - which I thought was a while away. So I renewed it ok, but no points came.Rawrzy said:allegro120 said:

Looked a few days later it was back to 20 odd days again which was correct......quite odd.0 -
No, I always renew as soon as I can to increase the frequency of payouts by a few days. I just waited for the renewal to fail, at which point my rewards left to claim went back up and the expiry date on the account went back to a few days from 90. At that point it was fine to delete and re-add.Rawrzy said:masonic said:

Hi
Can I just ask if the people successfully using Yougov finance how many are using 'gmail' accounts? My account was blocked and I did wonder if it had something to do with the fact a Gmail account can have more than one incarnation.
