No more guessing game! When you try to add an account it now tells you whether or not it's eligible and why not.8

Just checked and added 2 TSB accounts as I had them left because they didn't track last time. One account from December, the other from January. Only ever had a quid bounced between them and 20 (30 before reduction) Paypal Friends and Family payments. Both tracked and I got told that 1000 points are added and should be with me tomorrow.Zaul22 said:No more guessing game! That's good, I added 22 accounts a while ago, 14 paid out. Absolutely no idea which did or did not and cannot be bothered working it out.Zaul22 said:No more guessing game! When you try to add an account it now tells you whether or not it's eligible and why not.
I've de-linked the lot and will start again when the account resets.0 -
It won't let me add my NatWest Instant Saver account - doesn't appear as an option. Is that because it only has in it £0.53 (£0.50 of which I only added this week)?Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

The current balance isn't going to be a factor, but the amount of past activity will be.MikeyPGT said:It won't let me add my NatWest Instant Saver account - doesn't appear as an option. Is that because it only has in it £0.53 (£0.50 of which I only added this week)?

Thanks Masonic - must admit that the account has been sitting there for years and has never had more than £1 in it! Maybe I jsut need to keep swapping the .50p back and for between my current and savings accounts to make it look a bit busiermasonic said:

It should only take a few recent transactions for it to qualify. See https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/79935724/#Comment_79935724 as a guide, but as per k_man's post below, the account might not be supported.MikeyPGT said:

Balance and activity can only be accessed after it has been added, via open banking (Truelayer). It may then be rejected, but the message should explain why.
If it is not even an option to pick, that suggests it isn't one of the supported account types.2 -
My YouGov account was locked by them back in January and after nearly two months of exchanging emails with them they eventually unlocked me on 20th March. I then managed to add few more new accounts just before they changed their rules.
At the moment on YouGov Finance I have 46 added accounts with different days of access left and unable to add more as only 10 accounts allowed. There is a message on the bottom of the page saying 'You currently have 9 rewards left to redeem'. Firstly after I added the new accounts the message was saying I had no rewards left, then after a couple of days I got 8 rewards, then 9. I had 4700 points in my YouGov account before they locked my account and this amount has not changed since I got my access back on 20th March and added more accounts to YouGov Finance.
Has anyone figured out what there 9 rewards actually mean?0 -
9 x 500 points or 9 x 100 points or a combination of both. You can basically only get points for another 9 accounts in that term. I would unlink all saving accounts in your case and only stay with the higher rewarded types.CuriousGirl said:My YouGov account was locked by them back in January and after nearly two months of exchanging emails with them they eventually unlocked me on 20th March.
