Get well soon @DawnW we had a bug like that over xmas and its taken us all a long while to recover - dh still has a cough.
Nice to see a busy thread again.
I've also..
emptied the dehumidifier water into the loo cistern
given away a bottle of nail polish I'd got in a gift box for xmas that Ill not use
been given a pair of slippers in exchange that my friend won't use
kept all sockets off unless in use (eg microwave, cooker, chargers etc)
popped to the shop pizza as a treat for ds who was back into school for the first time post holidays (he's struggling with school so he'd had the choice of what was for tea so that he had something to look forward too! ) I had a voucher for £5 for iceland after a complaint so it was a free tea inc a bag of oven chips
Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

Hi January Money Jugglers,Another precious day off today.Debt-Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Eight:Alarm clock off at the wall during day time.Made soup from a 23p lettuce, 33p single cream, some potatoes and fridge leftovers.Crossing my fingers that the garage can get my car back on the road before a month's worth of plans go up in smoke.

Evening allHope all goes well with the car @allydowdStill feeling fairly cr*ppy, coughing and a bit dizzy, well over a week now, but got a few bits done today:Home grown berries with breakfast this morningSent OH to L*idl for the shopping. Several gaps on the shelf apparently, and an eye watering bill. This might be due to OH going and not me, as he isn't so attentive on pricingMight as well try Sainsbugs again next time I think, as their f & v are generally better and they are price matching Al*i on some things. But anyway, we have what we need for now.Load of washing on airer, as the weather is awfulMade a veggie lasagne for dinner, and there is plenty left for another meal.Curtains are drawn and the stove is alight, so it is nice and cosy in here, 'free' cuppas and washing up water from the kettles that sit on top2
