Ok checking up on this then WorldPay isn't like say Paypal or NoChex (or however you spell it) but it is infact nothing more than an internet version of your shop card machine. So like if you complained to the bank that issued the card terminal in the shop about the service at the shop not being enough reason for them to send a guy out to pull the unit from the shop then I strongly doubt WorldPay will action anything.
Log into WorldPay and see what card you have registered there - I'm pretty sure you have to register to pay through WorldPay so even if it's not showing on your statements at a glance then you should be able to tell what card you have used with them on the account details.
In the mean time you might want to try sending a letter to them (registered ofcourse!)...

To Good Fairy and all those interested............
Guess what arrived by recorded delivery today?!!
Only took four weeks to get here... Or could it be that I mentioned their name on this site and they put their socks on! Will never know but am sure I won't use that site again.
Meanwhile........... iwantoneofthose.com have let me down, another order of four weeks ago. Ok, so they answered my emails but am sure they didn't read them properly as they are despatching the goods today to my work address and that is now closed til 2nd January - I did tell them. They do have my home address. Can't get through to them or parcel line - so I just plain give up!
Am inclined to go back to the old fashioned High Street days - or just avoid those two sites - I've done all my shopping online for last few years and its been great. Saw someone moaning about amazon, but they've always been very good to me - or I've been lucky.Genie

Update.
I've heard a few people moan about iwantoneofthose - which is a shame as its a great site and they used to be so on the ball. But although they answer your emails, it takes a good day or so to get a reply and when I get an email to eventually say, sorry, can't do - its too late.
I'd looked at their site to see that their were alternatives in stock and emailed them the details, zilch back. And then its too late. This is the trouble when companies get 'too big', customer relations goes to pot. i tried to ring them several times and have to admit their 'on hold' stuff is the best, it doesn't help after half hour/hour or whatever when you've still not spoken to someone, have lost the will to live by that time or the battery on your phone has run out, or your boss sacks you for wasting company time....
When will companies realise that we NEED TO TALK TO PEOPLE SOMETIMES!
i adore ordering online, but for Christmas and the stress - although did ordering early, its been a complete mess. That kinda rhymed - totally unintentional.............Genie

I had similar problems with Iwantoneofthose. My order took 3 weeks 2 days to arrive here. The day before it arrived i had an email telling me that one item was unavailable and so they hadnt sent it,But of course by then it was too late to buy from anywhere else
Theres also no way off checking the status of the order online which is a huge pain..I used Firebox twice this Christmas and i must say it was excellent service from ordering to delivery was less than 35 hours !
furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -
Its not far off one in the morning - I've just had a nose on Amazon, i've ordered what i wanted from iwantoneofthose, guaranteed delivery 27th by 1pm. Sadly I wanted the stuff for the 26th, but am sure family will understand. Not sure why I didn't do this before, guess was hanging on in there to the last minute thinking they'd pull it out of the bag - bit like meatandcheese, but no.
It's only now that I'm beginning to wind down and relax - well nearly and can think without a shot of panic interferring. Guess thats called 'give up syndrome - don't give a sh*t'.
just hope I get round to enjoying the festivities. Reckon there's a few people to say the least that are disillusioned this year re shopping online, i used to think it was the bees knees. Saved so much time etc.....
nah - the stress has outweighed it this time.Genie

Still need strength........
i must keep my mouth shut - I said how iwantoneofthose answer emails... nothing now in reply to my last - and they SO owe me an apology.
I said how good Amazon were - promised delivery by 1pm today ... yep, no sign of order - but in fairness, I emailed them to complain, especially as had paid 8.99 for express delivery and they said they will refund that. But its not on all this fart arsing around, if you pardon the expression. Its like, dare I go out tomorrow?.... At least I don't have to go back to work til next week, not the point tho....
I nearly relaxed over Christmas and found myself having a laugh on a couple of occasions. Hope everyone out there had a good time!

hi all,
i am having the same issue as previous posters in regards to orders placed with meetand cheese. I placed my order 01/09/08 and as of 17/09/08 i have had no response from meatandcheese. I have been in contact with the local conumer direct who have advised that I do as you have suggested and send a letter recorded delivery in relation to my order. I felt that this issue needed to be highlighted as this company is a disgrace.0 -
Good idea Scottlp to keep this updated in the forum we all need to know about this type of company. ThanksNothing Changes if Nothing Changes0

a brief update on meatandcheese, despite having received my letters requesting my goods on the 18 & 19/09/08 I still have had no goods or any kind of response from meatandcheese. I am now sending a secondary letter requesting that my funds are returned within 7 days or my bank will be instructed to recall the funds, as they are legally entitled to do. I will post a conclusion when reached0

I know this thread is old, but it appears to be the only one I can find on Google that is relevant. I have ordered something from meatandcheese.co.uk and they're not responding to my emails. Money has come out of my account, despite them clearly stating in their t&cs that it'd processed after stock is ensured, and if that is the case, then the delivery should be processed within 5 working days. Can anyone help?0
