    Thanks appreciate it. I have submitted a SAR, contacted DCB. I have the land owner document so found the owner of the property but not able to identify any contact details for them. What would be other options after completing the above?

    I don't understand your question. You have received an LoC and you know the next steps. If you are referring to the landowner details, you do your utmost to find their contact details (GIYF) and get them to have their agents cancel the PCN.

    One of our regulars @Umkomaas frequently posts information about how to find landowner details, use the search function and search for "landowner" and @Umkomaas.

    Thanks again all. I am pretty certain I found the landowner through the land registry so have access to them but not able to find a contact number or email. Is this contact typically done through post?
