    If the NtK is compliant with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4) it is irrelevant, I'm afraid. Have you checked yours out, as advised by @Fruitcake a couple of days ago.

    Hi Coupon,  what do you suggest I add, I was not at the location.  It is about 300 miles from where I live. I don’t know what the signs there were, if any or general knowledge about car park.

    Hi All thanks for info the car was in that area, when all the problems with machines was reported.

    I have looked at google maps don’t seem to be that many signs around. I will write to them and ask,



    what problems did machines have

    Dates.

    Their response

    Actions they took to remedy situation.

    How many motorist did it affect.
