In my opinion, both those instructions are directed towards the Claimant.
As the Defendant, you need to do nothing - other than sit back and watch the Claimant struggle when addressing the DLUHC publication.

At last I got two letters from court to follow 2 different claims for same parking offence.
1. `Notice of Allocation of the Small Claims (Hearing) - hearing at my local court is schedule 24.Nov 2023
2. General Form of Judgment or Order - as below:
For point 2 I wondered if anyone could shed some light on what this means and what (if anything) I should be doing now ?
Point 1 I will follow newbie thread.
I have followed all the advise on the newbie thread through to submitting a defence to CC and filling out an N180.
Thank youWow that's great! A Judge interested in what the DLUHC are doing, at last!
LOL, popcorn out.
Can't wait to see this 'reply to defence' crafted by this desperate roboclaim firm, BW Legal!
NB: you are not the Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have even mention your support from moneysavingexpert
I was hoping to see landowner authority for this Ltd company alone (number 08182990 - from Companies House), and not another firm, like 'Britannia Parking Services Ltd', who are a completely unrelated legal entity, whose company name is not on the signs or NTK and cannot be taken to be the same and are not legally the same.
I will start to work on my witness statement, should I really consider any additional points from Britannia defence respond?

I'm so proud!
We always see that rubbish. Their standard, desperate response:
"how dare this victim get good online help, instead of rolling over to the extortion and paying £170 per PCN, like most consumers"...
They hate this forum and especially hate me for being on the DLUHC Steering Group, pointing out the truth to the Government about this scam industry, since 2020.
It's great that this forum is so powerful in fighting PPCs that the bulk litigation 'legals' cry about us in their template drivel submissions to court! You know you are doing a good job when those operating this 'outrageous scam' (HANSARD - MPs' words in 2018) throw their toys out of the pram.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
