Hi,
After submitted both defences I a still did not received any defences from BW legal? Deadline was 16.Jan and 18.Jan.
Could I conclude they are not pursue any more?0 -
You won't receive any "defence" from BW legal, they are the claimants. The deadlines you show are for YOUR defences - yes? If you refer back to the template defence thread that you were following you will see that CCBC should send a copy of your defence(s) to the claimant and then, if the claimant decides to proceed, CCBC will send you a DQ - N180 form.2

The Claimant isn't defending anything!
If MCOL says the same as below (that you already told us) then just wait for your DQ N180 form, as normal, probably in February:Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 31/12/2022 at 07:36:05
Your acknowledgment of service was received on 03/01/2023 at 01:05:24
Your defence was received on 09/01/2023
Will wait next step.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi,
I started this thread for same parking location and having two Claims. It is because involving two different vehicle.
I have fill in DQ N180 form for 2 different claims, Now today I have received for 1st claim email from court with subject "APPOINTMENT DATE 02/06/2023. Reply required within 4 working days of receipt: Mediation Appointment Confirmation " and for 2nd Claim post with title "Notice of Transfer of Proceedings".
On both DQ N180 forms I ticked "NO" for Do you agree to this case being referred to theSmall Claims Mediation Service? Also I explain why this case is "NOT" Suitability for determination without a hearing.
I have follow newbies FAQS...
Why one claim going for Mediation process and another is transfer to my local Court Hearing Centre?
I have 4 days to respond for confidential telephone mediation appointment. How to cancel this? and for sure there is less chance to win this using mediation process0 -
Try calling the CCBC and asking them why the two different outcomes for the same question on your N180s. Complain to them and ask that they refer it to a manager at the CCBC. Back it up with an email to them stating the same.2

Afternoon,
At last I got two letters from court to follow 2 different claims for same parking offence.
1. `Notice of Allocation of the Small Claims (Hearing) - hearing at my local court is schedule 24.Nov 2023
2. General Form of Judgment or Order - as below:
For point 2 I wondered if anyone could shed some light on what this means and what (if anything) I should be doing now ?
Point 1 I will follow newbie thread.
I have followed all the advise on the newbie thread through to submitting a defence to CC and filling out an N180.
Thank you0
