For 2nd claim l have received response pack from court:

For 2nd Court Claim l will create defense but l worried l have lost already battle for 1st Claim.

But how, need claim number and password? This is usually provided in Court Claim form sent by post. Don't have password0

All you need is the claim number
Good luck. I am out as not going round in circles1 -
Just follow what it says on the Template Defence thread. Do not delay until tomorrow because BW could get a CCJ in the morning. Just email it. NOW.
Takes about half an hour to adapt the template defence with the best you know (or don't know) in the facts paragraphs. Also add in the cause of action estoppel Henderson v Henderson paragraph that you can find in a nano-second now, by searching this forum. This is vital if the 2 claims are about the same car park, car, and same Claimant (just different PCN Numbers/dates).Easy! Really quick to do.
Copy and get it done, signed, dated and saved as a PDF and get that defence emailed to the CCBCAQ email the Template Defence thread tells you.
Carefully make sure you put the right claim number into the subject line, not the other claim.
Make sure you get an auto-acknowledgement email straight back. This is vital because until you do, it is not defended.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
