Excellent news. If you get the last bit saved up within the next month does that mean that you have paid them all (well got the money aside to do so)  in under two years. Your so close.

Thanks Neverending. I'm determined to get enough to say we can pay off all our mortgages by the end of this month. A bit ambitious but you know me I do love a challenge ;)

Thanks Highland. I'm thinking the next challenge will be to save a certain amount ready for retirement :)

    Good morning,

I've been madly scrambling around today trying to find that last £600 odd pounds so we can say we have done it :)

It's pay day at the cafe so that will help a little bit (hopefully £200 if the tax man is kind) but in the meantime I have got interest of £168.55 to add today :)

Plus I have paid in my birthday money from my mum and dad of £100 plus they paid me back £160 towards the survey costs for their new bungalow so that has been added into the OP savings pot too :)

So my total now currently stands at £7324.97/£7500 = 97.66%  <3

Just £175.03 to find - fingers crossed I get paid very soon as I cannot cope with being so close ;)
