Nothing to do with the CCBC any more. I hadn't realised you'd done it in two stages (usually people here send the WS with the N244 and pay the fee - all at once).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In your defence you still mention that the driver remained on site throughout but, since you do not know it was a "driver left site" issue as the POC are scarce, maybe you could remove that instead of perhaps giving the claimant a tip-off!4

I lost.. the judge said that my defence was not a defence that would stand a chance in defending the claim as it did not actually mention anything about why I should not have received the tickets. The judge also asked if the defence was my own work or if I found it online.0

Though I sent the WS and Defence late they were received by the court and the claimant, and I had applied for the n244 in good time0

I received another letter of claim with UKPC last month (for driver leaving the site), which I am worried they will now submit a claim for, can I re-use this defence even though the judge dismissed it?0
-
Really sorry to hear that, so you did not get the set aside and have to pay the claim too? (sorry I've not read back)0
-
It was not set aside and I must pay for the claim and attendance fees (on top of the 275 already paid for the set aside application). I am now worried about a second claim that I may need to defend0
-
Really bad luck and you've put so much work into it
Which Court and Judge?0 -
Hull County Court, and Rose I believe0

I have received another claim from DCB on behalf of UKPC - I am going to reply via email with my defence tomorrow - can I include the same defence or should I change it. No idea why they did not claim for all PCN together. The letter before claim said the PCNs here are for ‘leaving the site’ which the previous witness statement had no proof of other than one picture of my car. Shall I send the same defence I used previously or include not leaving the car park as I’m 99% sure they have no proof of this0
