So perfect is that, I'm going to start signposting people to it for DCBLegal case defences as you have wording that supersedes the version by Johny86.
You will get lots of notifications each time you are mentioned...sorry!!2 -
Statement of Truth
I believe that the facts stated in this defence are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

One last question, the claimant included images of my car in their WS to support this claim. Could these be brought into question?0
-
Not UKPC. Not the local court.
And if this is your application you just send the bundle to the fees email at the CCBC then phone them and pay your N244 application fee.
To be clear to people looking at this thread, this is a specific CCJ set aside case. Hence the fee. Normal defences do not involve a fee.
You might be able to claim the £275 back from the Royal Mail, hopefully? You have a complaint in so continue to push that and prove your loss.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
