Ooh, I've not heard of that.  Hope it doesn't cause you too many problems.  I apparently have Osteophytes in my neck, which the Dr originally thought was Polymyalgia until I had an Xray to check.  Apparently all caused probably by an early hysterectomy and menopause, and being told I shouldn't take HRT, due to my mum having had breast cancer years ago.  It just seems like one thing causes another....not much we can do except keep on moving forward.   I just try and get as many steps as I can, do upper body work with weights and as much stretching as I can.  Also lots of vitamin D, sardines, salmon etc.

The tree is down and all the furniture back in its rightful place. The room looks so big. Dh was at home so we did it together - it didn’t seem half as bad as usual to do.
No money has escaped from my purse again 😃

My decs have only just come down but my excuse is that I've been away!  Still I always wait till Twelfth Night so I'm not too far off the mark!  Yes it's funny how spacious things look afterwards and then how quickly you get used to it!😀

Not much happening here this weekend. The weather has been so wet it hasn’t inspired me to do a lot. I’m heading to see ds later otherwise I haven’t left the house. I’ve watched a tad too much tv but it has been a nice restful weekend. Not a penny has left my purse 😃👍

    Thanks OBL.
Lazy morning here. I’m booked on Tai Chi later. I’d contemplated a swim beforehand but decided not to to swim  as I want to pace myself and not end up in a mess like last time I did Tai Chi and other fitness things en masse.  I’m meeting a lady Dh knows and I’ve met a few times….looking forward to it, but still apprehensive. Not sure how I’ll manage - but I won’t know if I don’t try.
Need to get some milk and fruit later but otherwise not many spends planned.

Easing into it gradually is definitely the right way to go with fitness stuff milann - otherwise you do run the risk of injury as you know. with running the recommendation is always to increase no more than 10% week on week as this helps the body to adjust back to being used to the movement patterns.

So I did Tai Chi. I was very unbalanced and stiff. I also kept my trainers with podiatry supports on. Don’t think I’d have managed otherwise. Sore arm now too so I think I did well swerving the swim.
Just as I was getting my coat on I had a phone call cancelling my hospital appointment tomorrow…..that’s after having no way of getting there and my friend changing her working day to take me. They’ve moved it to Thursday - thankfully Dh is able to take me 😏😏Typical…
