Also the closeness to Spoons will cause a lot of noise issues for a lot of people.
Fingers crossed it won't be there much longer.
What, the only pub in aldershot I feel safe to go in? Great
Not that bad surely? To the OP, I don`t think moving the price up and down is a good move, settle on a reduction, 20 or 30k maybe for this market and just stick with it until some interest appears, then if necessary reduce again and stick with it.
The OP is not interested in your , or anybody else's opinion. They haven't logged on since 5 January.
How do you know this? You don`t need to log in to read posts, and with nearly 30k views someone is obviously interested. Did you have any actual advice to give the OP?

If you're that interested you could just go and look for yourself rather than continually dragging an otherwise dead thread back to life. All the information to enable you to easily find it is still in the early posts so far as I am aware.

Definitely time this topic was closed to stop Crashy continually dredging it up again.

    The OP is long gone.

I think the link has been removed from the earlier posts.

There's only one 3-bed flat in Aldershot for less than £200k on rightmove.

It takes 30 seconds to do a search.
So there is, I`m quite surprised by that actually, looks like they reduced by 35k and then for some reason decided to increase the asking price by 5k?

Whether they are reading or not they are not interested enough in your opinion to answer your questions.
