Hi,
Not sure if the OP is still reading the responses, but I actually looked at your flat while we were looking at maisonettes in the Aldershot area. While the toilet is in a strange place, we discussed some changes we could do to improve the situation on this.
But actually the reason we passed before viewing is that there doesn’t seem to be parking (in this part of aldershot a hint of parking is important in the listing!!) and couldn’t understand what the courtyard ownership was.
We have a car and need somewhere to park it.So if there is actually parking and/or you have ownership/shared courtyard that would be a good idea to update the listing. Hope that helps!7 -

Still on for £170k. The toilet change was needed, I just feel the living room is very small now, strange layout etc, still no new photos.I have also notice a 1 bed flat for £150k at the front on the main road, it's been on the market since last November. The building does not look appealing compared to the surrounding ones.Debt £7976 | Savings £350Aims: Buy first home 2026-8. £20k deposit0

Why do you keep dredging up this post?
The OP has clearly gone now. And we have seen in previous posts how way off the mark your pricing advice is.
Give it a rest.9 -
