    Since the OP has not been back since 5 January, I doubt we will hear any updates from them.

    Home improvement secured loans 30,130/41,000 and 23,156/28,000 End 2027 and 2029
    Mortgage 64,513/100,000 End Nov 2035
    2022 all rolling into new mortgage + extra to finish house. 125,000 End 2036

    Still on for £170k. The toilet change was needed, I just feel the living room is very small now, strange layout etc, still no new photos.

    I have also notice a 1 bed flat for £150k at the front on the main road, it's been on the market since last November.

    The building does not look appealing compared to the surrounding ones.

    Not that bad surely? To the OP, I don`t think moving the price up and down is a good move, settle on a reduction, 20 or 30k maybe for this market and just stick with it until some interest appears, then if necessary reduce again and stick with it.
