If everyone did this it would clog up the customer service departments with even more pointless points of contact than they are already having do deal with and it would not change the payment schedule which is going to be set by the government, tied to proper verification, rather than just a random letter posted to an energy provider.Linsomer said:I have written to my electricity supplier (Octopus) advising them I use heating oil and requesting they transfer the £200 to my bank account when they receive it next month
