Oh no, no, no, no - get the percentage that is tax put away before she pays ANYTHING. Its too easy to say i'll pay it back but thats how folkget behind themselves and don't have the tax ready to pay over in January.

Thanks Daisy she puts money aside for her self employed work this is the paye and she has not had a paye job this year so is still in her personal allowance. She is quite good and this should be the first year she is actually making a profit.
The final viewer from Weds is also interested but has a property still to sell. He is now away with his work for a few weeks but they are looking at their finances the agent said. Sounds like a potential as well.
Just spoken to my mum she says we really should just go for it if we do sell. There is however no need to plan anything until we have an offer from someone who has actually sold.
I did go to the gym launch last night it was ready really enjoyed it. 3 classes back to back hardest one was bodybalance I am so inflexible!
Taking it easy today, DG is still suffering I cannot see how she is going to play golf tomorrow and Monday but we shall see. The painkillers are working.
Stocked up on 7UP for her £1.50 at our local Coop that is really good. We do need to buy more sirup from Sainsbo later as that actually works out £3 cheaper and you can make it little and often.
I am looking forward to going away, it is really local but nice to play a different course and a bargain price! I know the hotel is run down but as long as the food is ok and the golf course it is all good.
Just about to help DG do some of the work we plan to do in Denmark so that is all good. Have a lovely Saturday.

Morning we had a nice weekend got to play golf on the Sunday but not the Monday as it rained but it was a great hotel and everyone was super friendly. The food was so good you actually got £25 to spend on dinner so our bill was £38 for drinks only and 2 course dinner.
I did forget to pack the alcohol so had to go searching for some at local petrol stations which seemed to have a shortage lol. We did get it in the end. DG did have a golf meltdown but she is still suffering from Shingles so nothing too serious.
We were back by 12 yesterday and then spent the day watching films and telly perfect actually long time since we have done that.
We have another viewing on Friday so that is good the cleaner will have been back. I hope no more before then as it is quite untidy and messy here.
We do need to pack down the garden but we can do this Saturday. DG has finally got her GP app for her knee and they will also look at weight management plan. Not sure what they can offer but it is the first step. We are thinking of going private for the "skinny jabs".
Got a few meetings today but not too bad I might actually catch up on some work.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Thanks SavingsHolmes it was fine and I made it to the gym did the new Shape class which was ace and aqua. Food was also good apart from DG getting us brownies.
We have had a bit of a to do with Virgin they are sending an engineer out so hopefully be sorted this afternoon. DG has got her Gp appointment for weightloss so we shall see what they are offering she is in the danger category for sure.
I have a chat with a person I met on a course in a min but also some meetings including one with my manager. Quite a busy day but I am getting there.
Finances are quite tight this month I am going to have to try not to spend anything. I did win £50 on the Premium Bonds so that was nice but a bit more would have been better.
Car insurance is due it is actually £20 less than last year so tempted just to leave it rather than shop around I still have a bit of time to do this so we shall see.
Sewing class tonight so need to prep for this and set machine up. Should be fun I have also booked onto a local bag making course via my sewing club. It is £10 but I know I will enjoy it and I want to support this very local initiative.
Need to find the to do list as I can now move forward with the TR1 forms and we are going to pack the garden down this weekend if the weather stays nice. We do have a viewing Friday but the person who was interested but had not sold has pulled out. So we are left with 1 interested couple who are still to sell and the ones who made the offer and are still to sell. That is fine I am happy with this. No need to plan any scenarios yet and nothing nice has come up in Denmark so that is also good.
We did some more joint work on Saturday and I can definitely do the work we are planning when we live in Denmark it is just to sort it out taxwise etc.

Thanks daisy_1571 yes indeed more chocolate brownies arrived yesterday. She saw the GP and was offered SlimmingWorld. She turned that down we have done bootcamp and know how to eat and what to eat which does work for us it is sticking to it. I personally is not a fan of slimming world as I prefer to cook from scratch. The GP will now look at things and she has her knee GP app on Monday so we shall see.
I forgot to say I won £50 on the PB feels like it is not really paying off at the moment considering I won £200 in Jan alone but nothing last month. It is still a good play to stash things tax free.
We have also had to Virgin TB upgrade sorted by some lovely engineers. They said 50% of the boxes dont upgrade so we got a new one. I was quite shocked considering how poor the chat service was. They have offer £30 off the bill as it is now sorted so I am happy with that but it did take a lot of sitting on the Whatsapp chat but we got there.
Today is not so busy which is really nice.

Morning did some calculations and if I had stuck the PB in a 4% savings account I would have had £300 more interest but I have got £650 already this year so it might catch up in the last two months who knows. I did take £12K out of it so that is not quite accurate it would actually be a bit less as I had £12K more in Jan and Feb which is when I had the biggest wins. Anyway it is what it is and I using it as a tax free emergency fund so that is all good.
We got all the summer stuff packed away and I tidied the shed for the pool to be closed. We still need the garden stuff packed away but we have a viewing today so wanted to leave it.
The people who made an offer as reduced their house by £10K and have now got more viewings plus they are still interested so that is all good. We will go and hit some golf balls tonight while the viewing takes place hence starting work early. I know it has only been a 4 day week but I have already had enough of work. From an email last night it looks like our job is safe in the transformation so that is good for the people who wish to stay.
I have quite a bit of work to do today but then I will be full caught up. My ear is still giving me grief I think I have some kind of cyst in there that is inflamed. Painkillers helps and hopefully it will go away soon very irritating.
Weekend should be fun we have the comedy night tomorrow night so that means dinner in the pub but staying over at friends to avoid taxi etc. Saturday during the day I want to pack down the garden and we also want to do golf both Sat and Sun making the most of the weather.
Had to come back and add that I got an email from the Danish Association I have joined. They have two webinars that are just perfect for us. One about family reunification under EU rules which is the one we are hoping to use and the second one about how to deal with your pensions once you return to Denmark how perfect is that! They do also do others one about how to do the family reunification under Danish rules which we hopefully will not have to use but we shall see.Save £12k in 25 No 49

HAd to come and confess to buying a pair of Long Tall Sally Trousers. I would normally look on Vinted but there was none and I need them for next week. Sadly looks like I now need size 18 and they were not in stock but I ordered them anyway. My old pair is ancient and I need them for playing in the club games. I really hope these are a bit looser than mine but if not they can go back and I will get a pair 18's.
Also check car insurance renewal seems the one we currently have is the cheapest on renewal.

It's scary how much insurance costs have increased recently. Ironically it's partly due to the cost of electric car repairs versus other vehicles I believe...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
