Sadly @Weave hasn't been active on the forum since December 2024, so we might never know if they got to the bottom of the mystery electricity use!
(The smart money has to be on the hot tub, though.)

A few years on from the last posts but:-
today, 2 person 1 bed flat all electric.
LED lighting throughout, high pressure hot water system, underfloor heating, Miele heat pump tumble dryer, latest energy efficient washing machine, induction hob, underfloor bathroom heating, one electric space heater. LED televisions, slimline dishwasher, electric oven, equivalent 12” rock wool ceiling insulation and modern double glazed proper sash windows. No space for an air fryer - that’s no joke.
    average energy consumption = 22.5kWh/day.
i might be able to save some energy by swapping the televisions for something for more modern but the pay back is around 5 years.
Suggested electric storage heater is a phenomenal waste of energy even though it might heat up in off peak periods, it chucks out when nobody is there and boost won’t work, as circuit is timed. In any case - flat is heated with a smart 1400W panel heater. EPC are massively uncorrelated with reality, pushing cost efficient but energy inefficient systems.
have I missed anything that might help?
perhaps my situation is pretty good.

You might want to have this moved to a new thread.  Latching on to a 2.5 year thread gets confusing.  Use the report button to ask a forum op to move it out.

Without heating - 22 kWh seems excessive at this time of year to me

Showering - with a high flow shower head on mains pressure HW - could be using a decent chunk, for 2 per day my relatively low flow electric shower uses c1.5kWh every 10 min.

A hot pressurised shower could use 2-3 the hot water / flow rate.

But I'd be alarmed if went much over 10kWh without space heating when two here in a two bed mid terrace here in summer.

And average lower c7-8 kWh now typical highs.

Your 22 kWh now - is higher than my average in milder winter with admittedly limitted heating.

Although in a cold spell even I can hit double that number for days at a time if sub zero out.

Do you have a smart meter - and access to a suppliers portal or app to view 1/2 hrly energy usage - to look at what times of the day that power usage is actually occurring.
