At least your new neighbours won't be whining on about house prices all the time.

Joseph and M were looking for somewhere to stay.  Would you have wanted them to move on somewhere else?

Best wishes to all including those who disagree with me.

    The wrong people...you mean tenants?

As there are 6 intercoms that doesn't sound like a HMO, that sounds like the property has been converted into 6 separate dwellings.  Have you tried searching for planning applications made to Ealing Council?
Hi, sorry what i ment was that it may bring people who could cause noise, nuisance ect, just preparing for the worst case scenario. This was previously a 3 bedroom house, now looks like it will be 6 bedsits, (1 intercom with 6 bells) the street is end of terrece houses. No planning application have been made from my research, they did a loft and back extension but within limit where no planning would be required
In fairness, we've had more noise living next to our current neighbours (a couple/baby with 3 very loud dogs who constantly argue and in fact are right now, drugs play a part in this and we have always liaised with the relevant people when asked) than 6 bed first year pilot group (who always alerted us if there was going to be large amounts of noise which was once a month if that). Make of that what you will.

If you have issues, I'd report this to the council, otherwise, let your neighbours live their lives and live your own.

Perhaps they are going to let them to very respectful, rich and quiet overseas students rather than drug addled criminals? or students from the local deaf and mute school? That should allay some of your fears about your house price being effected...

The noisiest neighbours I ever had were a VERY well off doctor and his wife ( this was just their City house as it was close to the hospital, he had at least two others ! )  who seemed to have dinner parties at least 4 nights a week into the small hours, always had half the street filled with their friends cars and would stand out in the street all shouting to each other when they left....
