    Thank you :)  It's so depressing isn't it.  I can vary by several lbs each day, it's so hard to know what is correct!  I just go with whatever it says on weigh in day and hope there will be a long term downward trend.

    Thank you :)  It's definitely nice to the mortgage going down.  Nearly in the 80s!

    I've been playing with the health app on my phone, and it gives me the average weight per year over the last few years.  If I lose another 3lb or so, I'll be below the average weight since Covid hit,  I've got quite a way to go to get to pre-Covid weight though.

    We've had a nice day today catching up with family.  I behaved and walked down too.  On the way home we stopped via the park so the kids had a little play.  One of little jwil's friends was there, so I let him stay on for a bit whilst little miss and I came home.  It's nice that he can start being a little bit more independent.  He was very good and came home exactly when I asked him to.
