It's so depressing isn't it. I can vary by several lbs each day, it's so hard to know what is correct! I just go with whatever it says on weigh in day and hope there will be a long term downward trend. I've been playing with the health app on my phone, and it gives me the average weight per year over the last few years. If I lose another 3lb or so, I'll be below the average weight since Covid hit, I've got quite a way to go to get to pre-Covid weight though.

We've had a nice day today catching up with family. I behaved and walked down too. On the way home we stopped via the park so the kids had a little play. One of little jwil's friends was there, so I let him stay on for a bit whilst little miss and I came home. It's nice that he can start being a little bit more independent.
