31 listings done.  Lets hope they sell!  A few things going out later as well so that's good.

Both kids are complaining that they have sore throats.  No real symptoms otherwise and they are well in themselves.  Hopefully it doesn't come to anything.  I've got the next two days off and was hoping to crack on.  That would be sod's law as it's happened before that they've been ill when I was planning a day to myself!

I've finished sorting through my clothing.  Despite putting aside a pile to go, and having removed it all from the drawers, I can barely get everything back in the drawers.  How can that happen???  It's just soul destroying and the story of my life.  The stuff never seems to reduce!  I might have to revisit it and be brutal.

DH did a tip run this morning and got rid of the chair and some other stuff.  It's not suitable for donation as there are no fire labels and it was damaged anyway.  I've removed some more from the small room as well.  Getting there!  It's mostly all the toys I dumped up there before Christmas now.  I've started bringing them down to be sorted.

That happens in my freezer jwil. I take stuff out to cook and mysteriously the remaining contents seem to fill the drawer as if I hadn't taken anything out at all.

It's so weird isn't it!  There must be some law of physics about it. :D

Good to check in on your diary after a long time and see you padding, decluttering and caring for your family. It is always a hive of activity here  :)

Lovely to 'see' you again!  I hope you had a lovely time away, welcome back :)

The kids have been packed off to school, no complaints of sore throats this morning, full of beans, and it looks like just general colds on the way.  We did walk so a good start to the week.  We even saw the sun for a moment!  It's milder today and I came back along the footpath and stream which is a nicer if slightly longer way to walk.  It's flatter with a big hill at the end rather than a general slope all the way home.  My knee didn't like the big hill but it is probably better for my fitness to tackle it.

I'm trying to do admin today, catch up on all the sales, make sure the money is in the right accounts (mine, DH's, kids, and 'house' which is stuff we are still clearing from DH's parents and so the pot is divided between DH and BIL).

I also want to finish emptying the small room and perhaps do some of the prep work, particularly the filler.

Also, tackle the toys and finish the clothes.

All probably too ambitious for one day, so spread over today, tomorrow and Friday.

I did get a little distracted from my plans today.  I decided as it was mild, I would wash down the patio and hopefully brighten that up.  Whilst I was out there I dug out all the paint and decorating stuff from the shed and investigated it.  None of the paint is salvageable (it's probably all over 10 years old) so that will be decluttered and I'll buy some new.

I did spend a little bit of time enjoying the sun with a book as well :)

I've nearly emptied the small room now, the front room downstairs is full of toys!  Need to sort through those urgently.  I need DH to pull out the last few boxes from under the bed, I think they are heavy and don't think I can do it with my knee.

I took 2 more bags of clothing to the school clothing bank this afternoon, and got about half the admin done.  Will finish the rest tomorrow.

My knee has been quite painful after the hill this morning, so I've finally submitted an online consult with the doctor.  DH made me feel so great (and reinforced my own concerns) when he told me they'd just tell me to lose weight. I have acknowledged my weight but said I want to know the underlying cause and what else can be done to help in the short term.
