Sounds like you have had a lovely day and Mr F got a bargain on the soap. Our local gift shop has been selling off her Christmas soaps, and so far I have resisted the urge, but they do smell lovely and are quite a natural company.

I have just looked up your shawl and it is really pretty but I can see why it wasn't easy although I am no knitter.

Just added another UU item to my list - I pay £1 into a purse for each item that gets added and am up to 11 items. These are stock/surplus items that we all have. It doesn't matter how small or large an item is as they could have sat in an appropriate storage space for years not taking up any room but yet need moving on. I think of it as a reward and it further extends the purpose of using up.
I had a check in the food cupboard yesterday hoping to find a tin of corned beef without joy but found 5 tins of condensed milk looks like fudge is on the list for today using up.

yay a small things reunion!
I did look for it, a couple of pages (my commitment was lowkey!) Maybe we should resurrect it. Was a lovely community at it's height. I suspect, along with a lot of things, Covid was the final blow. Thanks for the welcome arms, a sign of real friendship
