  • Oh Foxgloves now I have pantry envy xx

@Makingabobor2 - If it helps with scale, the large jars with the glass stoppers are standard size coffee jars. I was given a big bag of these empty jars years ago by someone who thought I might be able to use them for my preserves. i decided to use them for herbs & spices instead of fiddly little jars (though I do have some of those too, as you can see). I just write directly on the jar with a waterproof marker pen, as I found that labels start off looking nice, but quickly seem to get sticky. I mostly buy herbs & spices from the eco-refill shop in town or I grow them myself, so re-using bigger jars & filling them this way cuts out waste. It works for me anyway.

Can't believe how many herbs & spices you have. I started growing them last year, but only managed small amounts of basil & rosemary. Hope to do more this year. Like you, I get the rest from refill shop. Hadn't been for a while since breaking my wrist, then having covid, so finally got up there last week & spent £50! Made me realise how I need a bulk buy budget pot
£50 is my standard spend in my refill shop - every month MAB. I’m sure they appreciated it - my refill shop (the second one I’ve frequented) has just gone out of business 😕)
