Morning Campers!
Up early. Just having a mug of ginger tea before heading out in the garden to do a couple of hours of cutting back & clearing before breakfast.
Today's budget positives will be:
*Potting up any good self-sown freebies as I go along to use for gap-filling in the borders
*Putting the slow cooker on at 10am to cook 2 small gammons for tonight's meal & at least a further two (probably more).
*Browsing a selection of recipe books for further pumpkin recipes - just to see if I fancy making something new with yesterday's big orange gift.
*Think what the shape of the coming week needs to look like in terms of things I'd like to achieve, which will need to include Mid-Month Budget Check-In mid-week to ensure November's budget is all looking straight.
Ok, time to fetch my coat & head down the foggy garden to fetch a trug & my secateurs.
Enjoy your Sundays, all.

Lol, @Suffolk_lass. It's not raining so I am happy to get an early start. We will be in at 10 for breakfast & coffee and probably be indoors for the rest of the day. I like early mornings so will enjoy it, even the fog.

It's raining over here in the north west. We did gardening yesterday as it was sunny and warm. Today is going to be an indoors day.7

Well, we definitely have all your rain this morning. Cats most annoyed, & wind getting up too.
Have enjoyed Mr F's few days of annual leave. He's back at work tomorrow & we need to get back to routines. So my day today will involve all my usual Monday tasks & a bit of planning. Will hopefully be checking in later on with a reasonable list of achievements.
Wishing everyone a good start to the week

MrEH has his last few days of holiday to use up so we need to work out what we are doing with those, yet. I've got two days outstanding - have plans for one and want to roll over the other, I think.
