I've done 2 dry Jans but not this year. I never 'failed' to complete the month but........The first year was a nightmare, even though (we) had done a month before as a challange it was still tough. The first Friday I was in the foulest mood as I knew I wasn't going to have a drink. I spend days when I never usually drank thinking about having a drink.
When I did it last year I never said I was doing it I just didn't drink even though I had decided before I wasn't drinking that month. That made it easier.Anyway 3/18 pleaseNothing to see here, move along.6 -
