Welcome back ManPants. I have been here since 2019 so I didn't know you. Well done on turning things around. X
I am 14/25 today please cathybird as I had a drink on Tuesday. We had some bad news about my husband's health and I joined him in a glass (only one) of whisky. It's not ideal as I did say that I would only drink in celebration. However, I have proved to myself that I can stop at one and however bad the news gets I have no desire to drink to try to 'drown it out'. It really doesn't help but it has taken me a lot of years to realise it.3 -
