Hello Everyone, 

I am now on 92 days sober.

Aiming for a full 30 days for November. 

Hello to Everyone - I used to post religiously back in 2013 - 2016 and was pretty good at keeping myself with an abundance of "off" alcohol days. Then I got my own business and life took over my life! It was like the Pharaohs dream & I had 7 glorious years. Until it didn't and the downturn started. 

2023 was a terrible year for me and I lost everything and correspondingly hit the bars. Not only did I abuse alcohol; I added in another factor more akin to a rock star than a businessman.   

After 26 failed attempts in 2024, i am now 92 days clear of both. 

Good Luck to everyone & hello again to anyone that remembers me from before.

@ManPants hey there remember you very well! Good to hear you are doing OK now. I often wonder how people who used to be around are doing! Well done on putting in the hard yards. If you wanted to take part again you'd always be most welcome
