    @Watty1 don't beat yourself up, it's really easy to lose track of things, and @sukeyboo is right, you're still trying, so that's the main thing. You could probably notch up a few more days this month rather than write it off? It's just a thought, but there's a week left. xx

    12/TF for me for yesterday and today please. I'm sneezing and sniffly, which I don't think is from the flight as I wore a mask throughout. Probably from a service station or coffee shop along the way.
