Good morning, everybody. 28 for me for December today, please. And a sparkly wreath. Woohoo! Target for 2024. I'll go for 350 please. That will give me an allowance for my birthday and for holiday. I'd be happy with that. I'm just a few days away from 1000 alcohol free days at home.!
Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!

    still 12/15 .this is hard
@Watty1 It's especially hard at this time of year, it seems to be expected that people will drink all Christmas & New Year. Season of Mist is right, hang in there xx
Thank you @cathybird       At least a lot of the time I am drinking less than usual when I do drink,  13/15

Good morning everyone. Back after a very full on Christmas (relatives are exhausting 😫). No alcohol though which made them all easier to cope with. Who knew? I used to think that a few (or many) drinks were essential to get through the Christmas period.
I am 30/25 today please cathybird. Thank you. X
