Another one echoing thanks for the amazing job you do @cathybird!! 

I'm going to have a monthly target throughout 2024 of 24 days every month (so a 288 days annual target) please.

I'm doing the 24 in 24 challenge hence this particular number but in all honesty, I'm pretty much going to be trying for a totally sober year! I worked out how much I've drunk this month and it was actually quite concerning - my body deserves better!! 😳🤦‍♀️

Haven't posted for ages as haven't fared at all well with AFDs in the run up to Chrstmas.  Have counted up today and up to 7/10 so some vague hope of hitting my target.  Need to go back and read through the thread now.

Ok caught up now and feel a bit better that I'm not the only one that find alcohol hard to avoid at this time of year.  Really inspirational comments from Marahouti and Rob though what amazing achievements!  I don't think I can happily completely stop drinking but my New Year's resolution is to only drink for enjoyment and not as a stress reliever.  I'm going to aim for 20 in January and are we going for targets for the year too? If so, I'm going to aim for 250 which is a lot but I don't want to make it easy for myself to keep slipping.
