Sorry to read of your loss @satchmo1 but what a great accolade. 

I was out yesterday and did not stay AF but was pleased as I only had one glass of wine with lunch and despite getting in relatively early at 1930 did not have another drink either. Hoping to stay AFtoday

@cathybird might have a point about the wine being the reason I feel so low as I actually managed a wine free evening and am feeling slightly better this morning.

Good morning everyone. Day 5 here, going well. Saturday's gig had another mad dancer across between an African tribal dance and aerobics on speed. Oddly enough, to the same song as the swimming lady. and once again our singer cracked up and had trouble carrying on without laughing herself to bits. Always amusing to see. ignore the dodgy syntax on this message, I'm using speech to text conversion thingy.
