Giving Up/Cutting Down Alcohol Thread part 18

Hello everyone, I have not checked in since August or so and have well and truly fallen out with good AF habits which I have regretted. I will continue with a few days off here and there for the rest of 2023 but will admit I will be nowhere near hitting my target set at the start of the year. I will, though, re-start for the new year. Wishing everyone a good holiday period till then.

So 1/10 please for Friday. Unusual but we were out and I was driving. I definitely won’t meet my annual target this year, in fact it is shockingly low. Must improve although December a difficult month to do it!

2/15 for me please. Had some wine Friday night and ended up pouring a glass away. I realised I wasn’t enjoying it. Didn’t drink Saturday night as driving and Sunday as I’ve a non fasting blood test this morning so that’s helped. Plan to go through the weekdays AF.

2/17 for me today please. Yesterday was a very sad day, a lovely uncle died. He has universally been described as a gentleman. There's surely a grand old hooley in heaven, to be sure.
