Hi all, 25/29 and that Gold Star....
Creeping up!
Band stuff (scroll past if you prefer!). As usual in H5 land, one dep' guitarist and just the one singer. Despite that it went well; the stage was a decent size for once! 5m x 5m. Friendly helpful staff, easy load in/out. Parking was a nuisance, no car park at the venue but nearby. (Brentwood) Early one, I was home by 11pm! Benfleet tonight, that'll be a late one as usual. Regular line-up apart from one singer but that's OK (she's still stuck in New York - long story as usual with us!).Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!3 -

Hi all, 26/28 for me today. Well! Drunk people eh? One lady at last night's gig certainly shook all she had. And there was quite a lot to shake, not everything stopped when the music did. Not content with that, she threw herself on the floor and attempted the breast stroke! Yes, "swimming" on the dance floor. Our singer just dissolved laughing mid-verse, the rest of us struggled to carry on. One of the funniest things I've ever seen. 😂Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!4
