Thank you for adding me to the September list cathybird. I will see out August alcohol free to round off my dry summer but may have a couple of planned non-AF days next month, so could I please have a total
of 28 for September, thank you.

Today puts me at 29/31 for August, thanks.

Not doing very well here and struggling to get into the right frame of mind. At the moment I m determined to stay AF today, will report tomorrow.

Can I set 10 for September, as we're on holiday from 23rd. Fingers crossed the flight situation has calmed down by then, although ours is a very short flight - Jersey.
