Had a terrible month so far, well and truly fell off the wagon. Haven''t been on here and didn't even post a target for this month. It's really late in the month and I've worked out that I've only had 3 AFDs. To make things worse I am going away with a friend this weekend which will make it almost impossible not to drink. So I'm putting this month down to experience and trying (unsuccessfully) not to beat myself up about it.. I will do the best I can for the rest of the month and start again in September.5
