Tonight I have another corporate dinner. It is a revolution for me not to reach for the wine glass at such an event, but last week’s afd team dinner was so good that I have no hesitation giving it another go. And I will be seated at the table with a couple of bigwigs - so it will be safest to have a clear head throughout….

Hi all! I’m on 16/26 for yesterday please. Survived the engagement party, had 4 shandies and a glass of wine spread out over the whole day, felt ok the next day just tired…

12/20 for me today. Have had a few days of IBS pain, so yesterday and today am swerving the carbs, and DH kindly finished off the wine left over from Sunday. I very rarely use the phrase "left over wine", so that was a win for DH.

Ah. A former colleague of mine got rather drunk  at a company do and after inhaling the helium from the party balloons, squeaked both loudly and repeatedly at his manager "I'm a gay lady boy!".   Oops.
