Still on 18/25, had one beer after work yest… literally one. Unheard of for me so I’ll take it as a win! It did give me a headache though

Very pleased pleased to report rare AF Friday so 14/15 please. Need to stay AF tonight to reach target but it's going to be a struggle as it's the night before holiday so usually a time to relax and chill with a glass or two. Pleased to get Nemo though!

Two gigs today, Ipswich (actually Kersey) then Chelmsford! L o n g day so will sleep well tonight - might get home before 01:00!

Well I did it! Stayed AF tonight so 15/15 please.

I'm aiming for 7 for June please - low target but we are away for much of June and I know I'm being unrealistic saying I will get more.

Day 26 for me today please and target day! At work all weekend unfortunately but got Monday off. 

I think I am going to aim for a gold star next month please.. I want to aim for 100 days AF in a row and see how I feel before making a decision about potentially giving up for good. 

The last hangover I had lasted 3 days and was so awful I really feel like I never want to repeat it. I'm also not somebody who can moderate very effectively unfortunately, my brain is very all or nothing. 

Hope everyone is having a good weekend anyway!
