Morning all, 25/30 and 100% AF this month - again!  I'm floating in a pool of mid-emojiness. But HA! I'll get there.
TWO gigs Saturday. Ipswich and Chelmsford. L-o-n-g day in prospect. Fancied a lager Tuesday but in all honesty, didn't want to lose my long AFD-streak!

18/18 target reached, last day at w*rk for a week and a bit. Going away, got the Championship play off final on Saturday ( COYH ) and going to the cricket on Monday. Lots to look forward!!!

13/15 please for tonight Thursday - pleased to say no drinking Wednesday and Thursday. Now just need to do the same tomorrow and Saturday to reach target but that will be harder. We're away from Sunday so I will be having a drink then, I'd really like to reach target though this month. 🤞🤞
