I lost today to a hangover. I'm tired of feeling like this. I've been using alcohol and prescription painkillers to cope with my life since leaving my ex. Last month I gave up the prescription painkiller abuse entirely. That was tough for at least 2 maybe 3 weeks and my sleep has still not straightened out.
Now it is time to address the wine which needs to be cut out. I'd like to say I'm going to give up entirely but I'm aware I will struggle with that so I'm going to say that I'm going for 21 days alcohol free. That will let me drink just 2 days a week. I think I can manage that.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!8 -
