Morning all, early start and 29/29 Woohoo!

Final rehearsal before the gig last night and the girls sounded bloomin' terrific! My worry is that they will move on to a bigger band than us. It's a bit like a young football prodigy at a small club - you just know a big club will make an offer he can't refuse. That will be a sad day. Did I relate the bucket story of the last gig? I don't remember....

Had an AF Friday so another to add. Thanks for scoring for April @cathybird. I'm pleased with my result this month as it will help offset my June/July holiday.

Still on 9/21 and have a family birthday bbq this afternoon.

What hasn't helped is my monthly weigh in was amazing...I've lost weight and my bmi is back in the healthy range, after 3 months of no/low wine consumption, this happens at the end of my worst month for drinking! 

Not fooled that my insides will be pickled so aiming for 21 again next month please cathybird

22 please. Just checking my drink diary, 10 weeks without booze on a Friday night. Think I might have broke that 30+ year habit. I don't even miss it.

I'm not doing well at all, lots of excuses some of which are pitiful when reading some diaries. I was almost thinking of not setting a target for May but will do so in the hope I can motivate myself a bit more then. Please can I try for 15 in May Cathybird. Thank you 🙏

Hi all, Gold Star Day! Great gig last night, apparently someone said "I've never seen so many people actually watching the band!" as opposed to talking, passing through. Not that the girls that front the band are responsible, oooh no. A slight "oops" on my part - left my pocket camcorder on in my pocket, two hours of black and muffled sounds. A riveting watch.
