It certainly wasn't a "Spielberg moment". To compound the felony, the battery went flat so I couldn't film anything else. Oh and one of our singer's husbands took a picture of the band - with his camera the wrong way round...

Yes, the gigs are going really well, especially considering we've only had 3 rehearsals with "the girls" who are just phenomenal. We have ine booked at the exotically named "Smithfield temple of art and music". Worth going just for the name. Oh and a (tiny) possibility of a series of gigs (maybe just 4) in New York!

Hello everyone.

Reached my target today of 20/20. Not bad for the month considering the circumstances. Going to aim to do better next month! 

Enjoying hearing what everybody is up to. 

Today is a quiet day for me but decided to try and get back into running so going to start off the couch to 5k plan. I am so unfit at the minute so it will be a miracle if I make it to the end but it is all about trying to make good choices for myself! 

Hope everyone is having a nice bank holiday weekend.

Hi all, sorry i havent been about this past week, I had been doing brilliantly until my pal came to stay for 3 nights, lots of domestic issues etc etc.  Long story short I am finishing April at 27/30 so didn't hit my target which is annoying but not the end of the world.

I'm back on track and plan on 29/31 for May.

Rob your band is really rocking it these days - New York 👌 👏 😍 I'm keeping my fingers (and everything else)  crossed for you 😀
