Yes, you can. If it came from CCBC it goes back by e-mail to the same e-mail address you used for your defence; if it came from a court, it goes back to that court.3

The whole point of providing basic information in places like that checklist is to try and avoid having to answer these trivial questions time and time again.2 -
You might want to read the recent thread by @Oakley2702. Sounds like the same car park with a link to a recently discontinued case where UKPC were using DCBL

Also with the unavailable for court dates, I’ve seen someone mentioned that there can be 20 weeks between the directions questionnaire and the notification of a court date.Can I inform the court of an additional date after the directions form? I haven’t booked my summer holiday yet (as I don’t have the money at the minute) and would likely just be booking the cheapest dates available.0
