Of course you can. It is also the best way to do so as you then have a record of having sent it.

You don't want mediation under any circumstance.

Yes, you can.  If it came from CCBC it goes back by e-mail to the same e-mail address you used for your defence; if it came from a court, it goes back to that court.

I've just got one question, can I download the N180 form online and email it to the court and claimant as opposed to posting it?
Isn't that question answered in the checklist you were following when you filed a Defence?
A rhetorical question -- the answer is yes.

The whole point of providing basic information in places like that checklist is to try and avoid having to answer these trivial questions time and time again.

You might want to read the recent thread by @Oakley2702. Sounds like the same car park with a link to a recently discontinued case where UKPC were using DCBL

I’ve just read the thread again but can’t see the bit about emailing. Apologies for missing it

Also with the unavailable for court dates, I’ve seen someone mentioned that there can be 20 weeks between the directions questionnaire and the notification of a court date.

Can I inform the court of an additional date after the directions form? I haven’t booked my summer holiday yet (as I don’t have the money at the minute) and would likely just be booking the cheapest dates available.

I assume that is about emailing your DQ to the court and claimant.

Items 9 and 10 on that checklist I mentioned are...
